Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Super User & select Corporate site.

Step 2: Setup->Suite Setup->Customize Email Messages->Click Audits.

Step 3: System will display all the Emails.

Description

(i) All the mails 'On' or 'Off' not as per Forvia
(ii) Perform Audit - Audit Status Notification (2 mails missing in qa5)
Audit Completed Without Corrective Actions -completed the following audit without any non-conformances found
Audit Completed With Corrective Actions - completed the following audit with #noofcars# non-conformances found.
