Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as user
2. Publish the document with one revision option
3. change the revision option and revise the document
4. Go to Revision history summary
5. document revision number shows major value only for existing document, not a minor value

Description

i)TOC -->user defined to custom 2 seg and also all the combination documents-->In revision history summary, document revision number shows major value only for existing document, not a minor value
Eg : Revision number is 3.1 means, it shows 3 alone
ii)Document details-->Revision history -->2.12 instead of this it shows 2
