Orphan issue in Merge dropdown functionality - Duplication of Control Methods data is still appearing in the Control Plan documents, even after merging all duplicate Control Methods into one entry in the Process Control Methods Masters Table.

Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login As a AQuaPro Module User/Admin
Step 2: Navigate Main2 and Select the PI
Step 3: Open the PFMEA
Step 4: Added the Multiple Control Methods Data in PFMEA (All the control methods are different ID - in Master Table)
Step 5: Navigate to Process Control Methods
Step 6: Merge the all the control methods to one control method Using Replace Option (and delete the unused items as well )
Step 7: Now Open the Control Plan and Still Duplication Control Methods data is showing
Step 8: Observe the Result
