Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on FSR
2.Add a funtion F1 to Safety goal A
3.Decompose the function F1 to F2
4.Decompose the function F2 to F3
5.Add the same function F1 to Safety goal B
6.Now add Requirement R1 to F1
7.Observe the Reqt ASIL
8.Add requirement R2 to F2
9. Observe the Requirement column

Description
Issue 1: While adding the Requirement higher ASIL value is not getting updated properly.
Issue 2: Adding the requirement to the sub function system updates its requirement to the parent function.
Issue 3: Delete the 3rd level function system deleted the requirement already added to the functions(Refer attachment)
