FQC/VDA: Add/Edit FQC Report- Issue added in description

Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Auditor.
Step 2: Open the FQC audit.
Step 3: Click the 3 dot menu & click Add/Edit Process.
Step 4: In Audit schedule already added process checkbox will be selected.
Step 5: If we want we can remove the already added process when scheduling or need to select new process from the list. Select the Checkbox & Click done.
Step 6: System will shown a popup with Do you want to assign process to product group? yes or no option. (If you choose yes the page will navigate to Add/Edit FQC report Product group area to add/edit the Product Group)

How do we missed in Testing ?:
It tested earlier but not with Product group

Description

If we removed any process (in Add/edit process page) which was already added in any Product group, it should be automatically gets removed from the Product group also without edit & save. But now the removed process was still showing until we edit & save.
