closedMulti Site: In LPA Perform audit, while creating Automatic NC, system not selects the NC Category, because of this auditee response date shows as empty.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Auditor Tab.
3. Click on Perform Audit.
4. Go to any of the LPA schedule.
5. Perform the Audit by filling the Checklist.
6. Click "No" on any of the Checkpoint for "NC".
7. Right click on the created NC and observe the NC category Field, and Auditee response Date field.

In LPA Perform audit, while creating Automatic NC, system not selects the NC Category, because of this auditee response date shows as empty.
1)lp audits scroll bar issue
2)response date and response closeout date should be same as 1 day
3)while editing the nc or ofi in perform audit screen nc/ofi category should select automatically
above three points should include in it
