Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Click the plus icon.
5. Double-click on the category, and right-click.
6. Mouse hover over the category.
7. Observe the result.

Description

1. Double-clicked and right-clicked on the category, a blank context menu was displayed.
2. While hovering over the category, the tooltip displayed 'Right-click for context menu and double-click for edit,' but only double-clicking allows us to add or edit.
