P Diagram - After adding the 'Signal Input,' I used Enter, Tab, and clicked anywhere to save the data, but it wasn't saved. After refreshing the page, the data was duplicated.

3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the Signal Input.
5. Observe the result.
