4.Observe the non standard safety goal

Description

1.The system has two standard safety goals and one non-standard safety goal. However, the non-standard safety goal does not meet the higher ASIL requirements.
When the same function is applied across all three safety goals, the non-standard safety goal fails to satisfy the higher ASIL concept.
