closedNew Concern - In Attachments , Add files from local and attach files from doc pro click on save and reopen the attach file link to view the document. Click on the document link the pop up shows server error.

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on new concern
2.Select category sub category etc
3. Click on Attach files in Attachment
4.Add documents from local also from attach from doc pro
5.Add documents and close it
6.Click on attach file link
7.Click on the documents link to view
8.It opens in separate tab which shows server error
