Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the Category and Sub-category.
5. Delete the Category and try to delete the sub-category.
6. Observe the result.

P Diagram - Tried to delete the category, but the system displayed an alert because the category contains sub-categories. Then, when attempting to delete the subcategory, the system displayed the same alert: 'You can't delete the selected category(s) because of subcategories.'
