1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Actions→Initiate Problem Solving
4.Click on Concern Title
5.Click on Track Project
6.Select the resource name
7.Logout and Login as Resource
8.Click on Actions→Initiate Problem Solving
9.Click on Concern Title
10.Click on Project Title
11.Update the Periodic update date to 100 and enter the end date
12.Click on Track Project
13.Sign out the Track Project
14.Click on Reports→Concern Data
15.Select the Concern reported from,Concern reported to, Category, Sub Category, Concern Status and Supplier
16.Observe the results
