1.Log into cybersecurity
2.Select two cal values and associate cybersecurity goals
3.Go to the concepts page
4.Add requirement and allocation
5.Go to Consolidated TARA page
6.Change the CAL value of one of the goals to QM
7.Observe the concepts page
