Step 1: Login as Auditor
Step 2: Open the Upload NC in outside or inside conformance page.
Step 3: Try to save the NC without Clause.

How do we missed in Testing ?:
verified in same cycel but in blank db & resolved. Now its again facing in Forvia DB
