Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enter the site URL
2. Enter the user credentials
3. Go to the Perform Audit page
4. Select the Audit to be performed
5. Assign all the checkpoints score as "Yes"
6. Click the "Submit All" button
7. Publish the Audit
8. Click on "Close-Audit" button

How do we missed in Testing ?:

Description

Auditors are unable to close out the audit in the LPA system after assigning "Yes" scores to all checkpoints and publishing the audit. The expected "Close-Out" button is not displayed, preventing the audit from being finalized.
