Cloudqa5 Forvia DB (Reopened) Audit Schedule: When edit & update the Completed status audit, Audit History was not showing.

Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Super user/Scheduler/Auditor
Step 2: Step 2: Audits->Scheduler->Audit schedule.
Step 3: Open any existing or new audit schedule of FMS Internal Audit template
Step 4: Click any of Completed status audit.
Step 5: System should allow to edit (Co-Auditor, Additional Auditee Contact) fields.
Step 6: Enter Remarks & Save the audit.
