Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Click on the flow-down indicator.
5. Right-click on the Element, Function, and Requirement.
6. Observe the result.

Description

  1. Right-click on the function, the 'Add Requirement' context menu is displayed at the bottom.
  2. The "Delete Function" and "Delete Requirement" options are not displayed in the context menu after right-clicking on the Function and Requirement.
  3. The "Add Function," "Add Requirement," and "Delete" icons are not shown in the context menu.
