Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Aqua pro module administrator
2. Go to AquaPro Module
3. Click on Aqua Pro tab
4. Click on Main2
5. Expand Global tree
6. Select Production Item
7. Select the Tables Menu Tab at the Bottom Left Menu
8. Open PFMEA table
9. Doucble click on Effect cell and select Design Failures (DFMEA should have failures for same PI)
10. Select failure
11. Observe the result
