Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Level 1/Level 2 user.
Step 2: Open FMS Internal Template/Other audit type/Product audit
Step 3: Check in both Planned Audit & Actual Audit these list of element should be list out default.
Step 4: Click the down arrow of the selected fields & choose Is optional or Is locked option
