openFSR - Added Requirement Branch Not Reflecting Across Reused ASIL Functions and Incorrect ASIL Display for New Requirement

Description
After decomposing the fsr function of ASIL D which is already being used under another safety goal, Added another requirement branch
The added requirement doesnt reflect on the other asil ,so after the add asil action , reused the same function on another ASIL B, that time also added requirement branch is not displaying and the Reqt asil of the new requirement displays wrongly 
If we delete the parent function , it reflect in all teh reused functions and upon trying to perform an Add ASIL an alert throwing , which needs to be reconsider to " EwQIMS: Please add a requirement for the selected function to proceed."
