Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Auditor->Perform audit.
Step 2: In Perform audit listing page click '+' expand for the VDA Completed audit and click PDCA Report icon.
(OR)
Step 2: Open any of VDA Completed audit & Open Audit Close out (VDA Action Plan) system will display the VDA Action Plan in that botton PDCA report icon will be shown. Click that icon.
