Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3.Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4.Click on Process VDA and select Functional Analysis
5.Right click on the Existing Segment and select Edit option

Description

1. On the Function and Failure pages, the Edit Segment feature (RHS window) is not working. (13)
2. The selected operation changes when navigating from the Function page to the Failure page, and vice versa. (14, 15)
3. On the Structure Analysis page, the Topic Segment dropdown vanishes when renaming a segment. (16)
4. Unmapped segment is not listed in the VDA Tree structure (17)

5. After adding a Characteristic, Failure, Effect, etc., the Topic Segment dropdown cannot pick the values. not fixed Bug #29904
6. Created a new segment and tried to select the format, but the drop-down is flickering. Not fixed Bug #29904
