When multiselect is enabled and the PFMEA Control Methods are opened, the Occ/Det columns display 'No' value

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Aqua pro
2.Go to AquaPro Module->Click AquaPro tab->select Main2
3. Expand Global tree and select the Production Item
4. Select the design documents Menu Tab at the Bottom Left Menu
5. Right-click on PFMEA select open/export/coun->ok
6. Double-click on the Preventive Process control column
7. Obsereve the result

Note: in Preference page Multi select should be enable
