Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on Doc pro settings
4.set mandatory for PPT1 and not mandatory for PPTSS
5.Login as user who has access for PPT1 and PPTSS
6.GO to PPT1 doc pro landing page
7.Request a new document for PPTSS
8.All the fields should not be mandatory, rather it asks the user to enter all the fields
