SP 11.3.2

Step 1: Login as Auditor.

Step 2: Auditor->Perform audit->Open Product audit

Step 3: Click Go to Audit report

Step 4: Click the cell which wants to attach the attachment. System should display the popup to insert the attachment.

Step 5: Browse, Attach option will show with Please select a file note.

Step 6: After browse & selected the file from the Local the selected file name will show in the popup then confirm & click Attach button. (Note: System will allow this format files only: jpg, jpeg,png, pdf, doc, docx, txt, xls, xlsx, xlsm,csv extensions files) If we try to add other format system will show this popup: You can upload only jpg, jpeg,png, pdf, doc, docx, txt, xls, xlsx, xlsm,csv extensions files.

Step 7: While attaching system will show Attaching please wait note in Green color in that popup itself.
