Step 2: Open the IATF audit number hyperlink.
System should display the IATF PDCA with this fields- Date of first issue, Date of review, Team, Site, DIV/BG, Pilot / PDCA Leader ( Table: Category, Nr, Date, Objective Evidence, Problem[D1/D2], GAP/REASON/ROOT-CAUSE [D4 & D5], ACTION [D3 + D6], PILOT, Date DUE, Level of progress, Click here to Attach Evidence, Date Done, Effectiveness of actions taken [D7/D8] with M1, M2,M3 , REMATCH, Auditor Response, Auditor Comment, Auditee Comment, Click here to Delete Action ) Submit to Auditor button.
