Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Administrator.
2. Go to reports tab.
3. Pre requesties: In perform audit page upload NCs and send for approval and keep as waiting for approval.
4. Click on LPA findings report.
5. Enter all the filters.
6. Click on view reports and observe the results.
