Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to the module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)select the respective audit
4)click on upload audit record
5)raise a NC against the checkpoint and save
6)again right click on the same checkpoint and pick NC
7)click on close button

Close Button in NC Screen is not working when clicked on close button the window is not getting closed.
