Error message displayed when opening the assigned report through spotfire after changing the user access & Problem in Spotfire Library

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Module admin
2. Go to BOSS module and expand “Visual Analysis” menu
3. Click on KPI link
4. Assign report for a KPI
5. Assign user access for a KPI
6. save the informations
7. change the user access for related KPI
8. Open visual analysis report through spotfire
9. Now getting an error message

Description

Error message displayed when opening the assigned report through spotfire after changing the user access in EwQIMS Application.

The same issue occurred in Spotfire library:
1. Delete the assigned report for KPI in spotfire library > Alert message should be displayed when try to open the deleted report in following pages in BOSS module.
If User have "Modify" Access for spotfire report-
>
KPI, Dashboard->Now Error message displayed as "Could not open the report from library."
Meetings-> Spotfire login page displayed. (If user assigned deleted KPI report for a meeting)
If User have only "View" Access for spotfire report--> KPI, Dashboard & Meetings -> Spotfire login page displayed.
2. Deleted KPI report and its KPI name should not be displayed in list for newly created meeting.
