1)login to the module as admin
2)click on upload audit records
3)click on Form type hyper link
4)Select no for the NC's
5)right click NC/OFI Status
6)raise manual NC's
7)And Attach an attachment for the one NC
8)and Submit
9)Submit all
10)Fill all the mandatory details in audit status
11)observe the main screen

Note: Attachment is attached for one NC and View is enabling for the remaining NC's to which Attachment is not attached.
