3.Add an operational situation
4.try to add a safety goal without calculating the asil value

Description

When trying to add a safety goal in the HARA page without calculating the ASIL value, the current alert message says 'Please Enter ASIL.' However, ASIL is not an editable field, so the message is misleading. Please update the alert to say: 'Please calculate the ASIL value.
