closedAlert message when the document number exists in the same level needs to be modified, due to this the user is allowed to request the document using same doc number which leads to Error

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on New document request
4.Select the level
5.Enter the document number as last document number
6.Check the alert message
7.It shows document number already exists in other levels, but it exists in the same level itself
