Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the Failure Analysis
6. Select the Production Item
7. Right click on the Failure (diagramatic view) and add Add Design cause Cause
8. Observe the result

Description
In the Diagrammatic view, the "Add Design Cause" pop-up window does not display the failure name (while it appears in Tree view when adding a design cause). (28)
In Tree view, the "Add Character" pop-up window displays the failure name, but in Diagrammatic view, the context menu shows "New Character," and the pop-up window does not display the failure name. (29)
