Failure Analysis - Added the second level failure flowdown, but the cause is displayed only after refreshing. Same as the Flowup Effect is displayed after the refresh.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the flowdown by clicking and dropping.
5. Add the second level flowdown.
6. Observe the result - The Flowdown cause and flowup effect are not displayed in the tree view, after refreshing, only displayed.
