Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Function and Requirement.
5. Select the DVP&R
6. Add the Test Instance Status 'Passed', Start and End date.
7. Insert another row and add Instance Status 'Failed but, approved', Start and End date.
8. Select the Requirements Document and observe the result.
