Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Block Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the elements to the diagram.
5. Draw the interface line between elements.
6. Change the target by clicking and dragging the interface line.
7. Observe the result - The Function and Requirement are not updated.
