Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Right-click on the Focus element and Make a child.
5. Select the copied higher element and add the copied focus element.
6. Select the Focus and Context element.
7. Observe the result - The Focus element is not expanded.
