closedFailure Analysis - Added the Failure Flowdown by clicking and dropping, and then added another Failure Flowdown from the diagrammatic view. The second added Failure Flowdown is displayed as the cause for the child element.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Failure Flowdown by clicking and dropping and then add another Failure Flow down from the diagrammatic view.
5. Observe the result - The added Failure Flowdown is added a cause for the child element.
