Description

1. Allocate ASIL context menu is not working for the Nonstandard ASIL Safety Goal

2. When decomposing a nonstandard ASIL function, HELP icon is not displaying in the Reqt ASIL column.

3. I added an FSR function and requirement against the standard safety goal, and then used the same function against the non-standard safety goal. The ASIL values displayed in the Reqt ASIL column was wrong . However, when I decomposed the standard function, adding the function alone caused the Reqt ASIL column for the non-standard ASIL to display the 'standard ASIL' value. When I added the requirement, it displayed again incorrectly.

But the allocations against the standard function displays Non standard value (refer screenshot :allocation)
