Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FSR
2.Allocate to Driver airbag
3.Go to TSR add technical function and requirement
4.Go to the TSR page of the Driver airbag
5.As per alert select the TSC menu
6.Allocate to the initiator of driver airbag in the TSC
7.Move to the TSR page and observe the alert

Description
1.In the TSC menu of the Driver Airbag, I allocated ASIL to the Initiator and then moved to the corresponding TSR for the Driver Airbag to add the technical function and requirements for the allocated child initiator. However, the system displayed an alert saying, 'Please select technical safety concepts from the menu,' even though I intended to work on the TSR.
2.The 'Deallocate ASIL' is not working in the Technical Safety Concept (TSC)
