Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Dollar symbol and Backslash to the category.
5. Add the subcategories.
6. Observe the result - Able to add the same subcategories multiple times.

Description
- The system allows adding the same subcategory multiple times if the category contains a '$' symbol.
- The system allows adding the same subcategory multiple times when the category contains a '' (backward slash) and the toggle is OFF.
