Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the category with the '$' symbol.
5. Add the subcategory to another category.
6. Drag and drop the subcategory to the category with a '$' symbol.
7. Observe the result - Unable to drop the subcategory in the category which contains the '$' symbol.
