Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.select test plan
3.Select the focus element
4.Enetr a value in the test case id field and click outside of the text box
5.Observe and refresh the page

Description

The test case ID accepts values when clicking outside, but it doesn't save, causing the values to vanish after a refresh. Additionally, any entered values appear in the test number column.
Enter key works fine.
