P-Diagram Page Block Diagram is not loaded, when the Production Item contains '#' symbol

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the P-Diagram
6. Select the Production Item with # symbol
7. Observe the result

Description

In the P-Diagram Page Block Diagram is not loaded, when the Production Item contains '#' symbol

Note: Same issue happen in the Step-7 page P-diagram also

P-Diagram category name contains special character ($ @), unable to add the existing dropdown sub category values
