Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Right-click on the Element in the BOM Tree and select Remove Existing Element.
5. Observe the result - The child elements are elements are expanded and displayed as unchecked.
