Failure Analysis - Allocated the Risk in the 'IFM' and then deallocated it, but instead of deallocating the IFM-allocated Flowdown branches, the existing Failure Flowdown branch was deallocated.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Failure Flowdown.
5. Select the IFM and allocate the Risk for the same element for which flowdown is done.
6. Right-click and deallocate the added Risk.
7. Select the Failure Analysis.
8. Observe the result - The added Failure Flowdown is removed.
