Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on Setup
2.Click on System
3.Click on Position
4.Click on Edit
5.Click on Attachments icon
6.Click on Attach from Doc Pro
7.Select the Document which has "+" Characters on Document Name
8.After Attaching, observe the Doc Name, "+" Character is not showing

Description
Document Name with Special Character " + " are not showing in Position page, Job Requirements View Log page, Document Management after Adding the Documents to the Position from Doc Pro Documents.
Note: On the Original Doc Pro Documents, "+" Character is showing. "+" is not showing only after Adding it to the Position.
