2. Add Element
3. Remove all element

IFM- Add a Function / requirement and add a element to the topic here system deleted the added requirement automatically-couple of issue please find the description

Issue 1: Delete entire Row from the IFM user cant able to add a row
Issue 2: Cant able to remove element all the element from the IFM in one shot
