4.select a safety goal
5.Add a new function
6.Add a voc requirement
7.Delete the original voc requirement along with the function
8.Observe the FSR and voc

Description
I used a VOC requirement against an FSR function, but after deleting the original VOC function and requirement, the FSR function and requirement were also deleted since the failure mode depended on them. However, the VOC still displays the FSR function and requirement, along with the ASIL and requirement type
