closedRequirements Document - Created a new element, and while trying to add the same component to another element, the checkbox in the "Add Existing Element" popup was disabled. After refreshing, it was possible to add the component.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Right-click on the element and select Create and Add elements.
5. Create a new element.
6. Right-click on another element and select Add Existing element.
7. Search for newly added element.
8. Observe the result - The newly added element checkbox is displayed as disabled.
